Since 1997, LEERSCHOON M/V has been actively involved in the recruitment and selection of (prospective) professionals for the shipping industry (NVOCC), shipping agents, parcel operators, export industry, logistic services and IT businesses. We "search and find" professionals with an intermediate professional (MBO) as well as higher professional (HBO) background for operational, sales, administrative and management positions.
We - Ronald den Dikkenboer & Hélène van den Berge - Leerschoon -, experienced specialists in these branches of industry, combine the requirements of our principals with those of our (carefully) selected professionals creating the "Perfect Match"! We SEARCH AND FIND the perfect job for men and women (M/V).
It is our goal to establish pleasant long-term professional relationships between the businesses that are our principals and the candidate professionals.
